The place is maintained well and the suites are equipped with all that it promises. “In Australia Carlynn really looked after me. I had to cancel due to Covid lock down. I was given a credit where I had to book within 12 months for a stay with no time limitations on it. This seemed very reasonable but of course I left it to the absolute last minute to book and then got confused about how to use my credit voucher. So late at night I am emailing Tiny Away and thinking I won't hear back for 24 hours and I hope my credit won't expire. Carlynn came back within an hour with snapshots of what I need to do. (I had read my email incorrectly). But I did not use the full amount and wanted to book another site with the balance. Again Carlynn came back by the next morning with a new voucher number that I could use for the balance. It just made it all very easy. Thank you!”
