Last week we lost our beloved Deidre, very suddenly and are heartbroken, however, Alison, Marnie and the team helped us through a devastating time with empathy and professionalism. We couldn't imagine saying goodbye to our girl in the first place, and the team really helped us through it and let us be with her the whole time, until the end. Incredible service, people and place. Thank you will never be enough. We LOVE this team here and thank you for loving our girl as she went over the rainbow bridge.”

“We’ve been visiting Maurice and the team for the last 2yrs with our Dalmatian, and couldn’t speak more highly of them. They’re genuinely interested, caring and professional, and have provided the best care and advice we could ask for (and we had a few too many visits in the first 12mths!). We’d tried another local vet previous to Maurice and it was a totally cold, transactional experience, which was horrible. The team at High Street Vet’s get to know you and your pets by name and background, so it’s always been a really welcoming experience for us.”

“My dogs stayed here for nearly 2 weeks, they didnt want to come home! They looked like they had such a good time. We got photos of the doggies when we were missing them, and they looked like they were having a blast, very good quality photos. They got bathed aswell and came back smelling AMAZING! I also can't stress enough how good the staff were. They were able to comment on my dogs temperament and behavioural patterns, so i can tell they really looked after your dogs here! So shout out to Hayley and Jessie for looking after out puppo's!”

“This place exceeded expectations; when you walk past on high street it looks more like a priceline but they have a decent sized proper pharmacy section out the back. Once you get past the makeup the place has a nice feel to it and I found all the staff friendly and helpful. Plus they gave me a booster shot as a walk in! Will definitely be going here instead of Chemist Warehouse going forward, just a shame I didn't give it a go earlier!”

“During my business trip in late June, I stayed at this hotel for a week and found the room to be spacious with many good restaurants nearby. Unfortunately, there was a hot water shortage for two days, leaving me unable to shower with cold water during winter. As a result, I refrained from showering for several days until I contacted the reception. The receptionist promptly provided a refund for the affected X1 night and handled the situation politely, alleviating my frustration with the hotel's management. In my opinion, the receptionist deserves a pay raise for their exceptional service.”
