“Absolute luxury accomodation for bunnies. not only is the site itself totally pristine, safe, and comfortable, but the owners are so professional and really care about looking after your rabbit. 100% recommend to anyone in Melbourne. Our bunny Snacks stayed with Willow Woods twice and on his second visit in May 2019, needed emergency vet care which was terrifying for us being overseas at the time. Willow Woods communicated with us perfectly throughout this process, and got him the help he needed with our preferred vet. Unfortunately, Snacks suddenly passed away at home last week due to the lengthy battle he had with his illness. We are forever grateful that Willow Woods coordinated with our vet while we were away to get him looked after, otherwise he maybe wouldn’t have even made it this far.”

The store attendant went above and beyond to find the specific item that I wanted. When I went to the counter, I advised the attendant that the item was available cheaper online. As the cheaper price was offered by one of Pet Barn's selected competitors, they were able to price match. Claire served me at the counter and provided me with the most polite and helpful service.
