“We visited Eastland Williams store to purchase school shoes and had exceptional service from Themeda. Miss 10 is a tricky customer when it comes to shoes, but Themeda was able to show a number of pairs and navigate her specific requirements for school shoes. It was a very easy process and both Themeda and another staff member took the time to check the amount (multiple attempts) left on a gift card. Thank you for going over and above ladies.”

From other experiences with this store most of the employees don't even interact with customers whatsoever, which is fine but this lady when out of her way to help me.”

“After reading all those negative comments, I am not even sure this is the shop which we had good purchasing experience from… but I think I need to share my experience to encourage individuals who provide good service to customers to continue the good work cause it does matter. Last May, me and my husband went to this shopping centre to find him a pair of leather shoes. We saw this store not far from the food court and we like the brand, we thought to give it a go. There was this mid height guy who were helping us, he went back and forth from the storage room to let us find the right style and importantly the right size(cause leather shoes size varies with different styles) of the shoes for my husband. We finally decided on the hazel colour leather shoes casual/semi-formal style but we need size 7.5 however, there is no size 7.5 of this colour in store. This guy suggested us placing order in store and the warehouse will post the shoes to our address free of postage and it usually take one week to arrive. We wanted the shoes asap so we told him we want to go to Myer and David Jones to give it a go on finding size 7.5 today if not, we will come back place the order. He politely agreed. He didn’t add anything else or give us the look to to make us uncomfortable after spending all those time on us already. The end of the story is that we couldn’t find the size anywhere else either and we came back and placed the order with him. I have to emphasize that he was patient and pleasant to deal with from the moment we stepped into the store. Usually fashion store assistants couldn’t care less if you have found what you need or not - they greet you and then leave you there and if you have any questions they’d answer but that’s pretty much it is. But this guy does show he wants to help, he is professional, polite, would go extra mile to help you but not pushy to make you uncomfortable. Both me and my husband were happy with this purchasing experience.”
