“I've just had a terrific experience here. The young woman with dark hair & lovely smile who looked after me couldn't have been more helpful. She explained the measuring process clearly. She was so professional, so competent, that after only a few questions she found the perfect shoes for me. I didn't need to try on any others. I wanted longer laces & she very obligingly changed them over for me, saving my arthritic hands, also explained the recycling programme, which is terrific.This happy old lady will be back!”

“After desperately trying to source a particular dress for a last minute event I found it on the Martin York Boutique Online Store. I called the store to make sure that it was actually in stock and to get an opinion on sizing. I was met with a happy, helpful and very polite Sales Assistant. I ended up purchasing the dress online and the Sales Assistant had it packed and ready to go within the hour. I received the dress the next day and it fit perfectly. Needless to say I will keep the Martin York store front of mind when I am shopping for my next event.”

“A week before school starts, i knew it would be busy... And yes it was! But the system they have setup for this busier period worked very well. The store was full of staff helping each and everyone, from booked customers to walk ins. The staff there are always friendly and nice, willing to give their advice and help you get those little munchkins into new shoes. They work quickly and efficiently and they always make sure your happy with the service they have provided. I have never had a bad experience at Shoes and Sox Eastland.”

“Sam and the rest of the team are absolute Legends! The whole team is really good in helping you pick the right outfit and do provide really good advice. Furthermore, first time ever I had an issue with a shirt that I got from Connor. Completely my fault for soaking the shirt in hot water and then some color seeping onto the shirt, I literally went a few times to the store just to ask if i could use a stain remover to get the colour off. Sam beand the rest of the team are such legends they just asked me to bring the shirt and they will exchange it and they did. They definitely have created a customer for life with I, because the number of times i bugged them about the issue and how they dealt with it even on their busiest days .... truly exceptional customer service!!!”

“A friend of mine used Briggins a few years back for his wedding tuxedo, and the final product looked so good I decided to use them also. The entire experience / process, was so much easier than I expected it would be. Fiona and team were fantastic from my first visit - to last minute alterations & pick up. They went above and beyond at the start to try and accomodate questions I had with fittings and different combinations and colours. The communication was excellent throughout the entire process which I’ve found rare with vendors and suppliers throughout the wedding experience. Upon collection and final fitting I had some very minor (and probably unnecessary) alterations I wanted done which probably would have been annoying, but they listened & did it while I waited so I could bring home the wedding tux the same day rather than having to wait longer and go back another time. Not one to leave reviews but Fiona went out of her way at all stages & is excellent at what she does, is addition to making the experience an enjoyable one. Would highly recommend using Fiona and the Briggins team, they are excellent.”

“Amazing kmart, I have no complaints. Quite big in terms of the size of the shop. Wide range of products, so if there is anything you are looking for, I'm sure that kmart will have it or at least a variation of the product. Friendly staff that are more than willing to help. This store looked as if it was kept clean, as everything seemed to be tidy and well kept. Very enjoyable experience and I will be returning many times in the future!”

“Staff asked about membership and checked for vouchers too and applied the vouchers accordingly. I've never seen a store apply discounts so proactively. Price came up wrong, I paid for it and then they refunded the balance immediately. People look like they enjoy working there, are patient and respectful. Changing rooms have energy saver lights which dim when no one is using them, which was awesome to see!”

“Had to write a review to express my thanks to Carlos for giving me some of the best sartorial advice and best customer service I've ever had. I went looking for a light grey suit, which seem hard to come by this season. Carlos could tell my size just by looking at me and the first jacket I tried on fitted me perfectly. He's there to make sure you look good in what you wear, period. Also gave me tips on where to take my pants to get altered so the silhouette would be perfect as well as the length. He flitted between several customers with ease, taking care of each one without ignoring anyone else on the shop. Will definitely be back, thanks Carlos, keep up the good work!”
