Having now stayed here, I am very confused by the recent poor reviews! We had a premium studio room on level 3. The room and bathroom were clean, the sheets and towels were clean, we had milk in the fridge, and cutlery and bowls in the kitchenette. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They answered my numerous queries in the lead up to our stay, and looked after our luggage for the day after we checked out. We would happily stay here again. The location is perfect for attending the Albert Park track, as well as having some great eating options nearby.”
