“What an experience I had in this store. This was my first time ever going into a Nike store. I walked in and was greeted by the sweetest staff member with the biggest smile her energy just radiated onto myself and my sister. I had just come from footlocker which was a horrible experience. I came in for a new pair of shoes as I'm going away to the UK (currently at the airport as we speak) I said to the young lady I feel overwhelmed." She said, "Don't be overwhelmed. Welcome to nike, my name's Jess. I then told Jess what I was after. She even got me to sit down on the couch and relax while she went and grabbed my shoes. Not only did Jess listen to what I wanted, but I was no longer overwhelmed. She is just stunning I even told her my grandson is single. These days, you don't find customer service like this to even have a laugh with i really hope this young lady gets her praise she deserves. See you when I get back Nike Highpoint. From Helen”

Staff happily gave me a replacement, and even recommended me to get it hemmed (complimentary, at no additional cost). ☆ It was a busy time, so multiple staff members helped me throughout the process.
