“I big shoutout and thank you to the manager/staff member who advocated for me in allowing me to return a Boxing Day sale item at the northland store. I confirmed with the cashier if I was allowed to return sale items before purchasing but was denied the next day at the northland location. Upon calling high point they took the the time to listen to me and even called northland multiple times who did not take their call. She again took the time to call me back and worked with me in order get in contact with the northland store. They refused to speak to her and said they would call her back instead. She was very apologetic and asked “if I was okay”. After standing around the store they then agreed to refund me after speaking to high point but insisted that there is no return or exchange policy in sale items for my future references. I brought up that even online it is explained that sale returns are allowed. Team member said she is not sure and just doing what she’s told. Manager at northland did not even speak or make eye contact with me. The money and item doesn’t even matter but how I was treated and supported at high point made me feel a lot better. Thank you very much ❤️”
