“Went in as the visual merchandising out the front caught mine and my wife's eye as we passed by. Walked into a very busy store with lots of people browsing and being assisted with their styling. Even so, we were asked how we were and offered assistance immediately. I then had a lovely time dressing myself in an excellent suit I'll be wearing to my close friends wedding in the next month and was thoroughly looked after and helped by the manager Rhonda and her team. Amazing experience and highly recommend entirely due to the customer service provided.”

Couldn’t decide after 1 hour so she Ordered in another size for me to come try on when they come in. I finally found the right pair after a total of 2 hours and and thankful I was able to take my time and really decide not feeling rushed.trying on all different sizes and padding options. “I had the most amazing costumer experience at the shop today , after going to Nike when no one pay attention to me , I moved on to adidas to have the best service from Michael the manager and the lovely girl who servers me ( forgot her name ) they went back to the shop and offered me lots of cloths that weren’t at the shop yet , helped me with sizes and were so lovely . As I walked into the shop, I was already under a great deal of pain ransacking shoe stores with the goal of finding a single suitable pair of business casual orthotic fitting shoes. The shop at this time was very busy and few other ladies were juggling between multiple customers. As I was browsing, Jane came up and pleasantly asked if there is anything I would like to try on, I asked if she can bring me 3 different sizes of a single design, a couple of minutes later she handed me all 3. I never felt rushed and she constantly asked if the shoes felt comfortable. I asked for another design and again, Jane was very patient and provided everything with a smile. There was empathy and compassion at Mountfords, as I went to bigger stores of Myers and David Jones, as soon as the staff tells me they don't carry the size of what I was looking for, they immediately dismiss and move on to the next person. Jane turned my frustrated day into an unforgettable experience with Mountfords Chadstone. Thank you and please give the credit when it's due.
