"I’m not one to post reviews on retail stores regularly, but the service at SHEIKE Chadstone was so deplorable that I believe it’s necessary. If you aren’t wearing loud luxury clothing/accessories or are not Caucasian/European presenting don’t expect a good customer experience here. The staff here won’t even bat an eye at you if you are a person of colour. We were ready to check out and staff weren’t even willing to put our garments through. There were significant delays in checking out, primarily due to the incompetence of some of the staff members not knowing how to use their own systems. We waited nearly 25 minutes to check out and came out with barely an apology. If they were equipped with the necessary training to provide good customer service then maybe the customer experience may improve, however, I genuinely believe that the staff hired need to rid their judgement of the people who walk through their doors, no matter their skin colour or what designer labels they might not be wearing. It’s all very ironic considering SHEIKE “draws inspiration from” the silhouettes, designs and aesthetics of designer labels such as Zimmerman and Aje. Hopefully changes are made to make the customer experience great for EVERY customer. I wouldn’t bet on it though, management seem to brush over all the concerns left on all these reviews."

"Fantastic experience shopping at Sheike Chadstone today. All of the women were lovely and attentive. I didn't feel rushed at all and they helped to find all the sizes I needed. Zoe did a fantastic job steaming the dress I ended up buying as well."

"I like the clothes but my Chadston store experience was far from pleasant. I came to shop with 3 of my bridesmaids to shop for bridesmaids dresses. The shop had 25% offer if you spend over $250. I have ended up spending $1429.91. Problem was the shop didn’t have size 10 shoes we were after. I got offered by employee Taffy for the shoes to be moved from Ringwood store to which I have agreed. Funny thing about it was that because they didn’t the right size available I was no longer able to get the 25% off offer on the chosen heels. I thought it was ridiculous given how much stock I was buying and that it wasn’t my fault they didn’t have the needed size available. I have agreed to wait for the right size to arrive at the store for me to pick up next time. I had to wait for a week to receive a call from the store and once arrived got told that I was only approved for 20% off instead of 25%. I just couldn’t understand the reasoning behind the case. Given how unfair the situation was and that the store’s actions simply didn’t make no sense and I was being made financially responsible for their stock levels I have stated that I would simply return all purchased stock to them if I wasn’t going to get the 25% off offer and only then, after all the back and forth unneeded time consuming discussions was I given what I had all the rights to receive the whole time. Just for the record if I went online and bought everything from online store I would have received 25% off the sale plus $10 off the first online purchase plus received free delivery and would have saved myself time and hustle and petrol money. Such poor customer service not only affected our pleasant experience at Chadstone making it the opposite to joy but have also stole numerous hours of our time and brought negative emotions and frustrations to the surface. It was my first and last time paying Chadstone SHEIKE a visit. Staff member Taffy and the rest of girls on the floor require much better customer service training as well as need to use their logic when completing a sale. I’m only giving the store 2 stars because I like their stock and if I didn’t like the dresses and shoes I would have rated my really disappointing experience as 1 star with no hesitation."
