“We found Mt Waverley Smiles through google to consult dental issues for my dad. Dr Rhee treated him and we found him to be very understanding and caring. Dad had an emergency prior to the appointment on the weekend and Dr Rhee made time available from his full schedule to see dad at short notice for 10 minutes to ensure it was not a significant issue requiring immediate treatment. At the actual appointment, my dad ended up requiring a referral to an oral surgeon and Dr Rhee made 2 referrals, the second at our request to the Dental Hospital as an alternative option. Both were done on the day with excellent follow through by Tash the Dental Nurse. Overall a great professional team and I would highly recommend their services.”

My son was feeling a bit nervous but the way they informed him every step of the way, and showed him every tool and how they function before using it on him made him feel safe and happy. They put cartoons on for him and the extra effort is highly appreciated. He explained and showed everything to me aswell. Everyone was lovely from the receptionists to the assistant. We first found High Street Road Animal Hospital a few years ago when our poor girl Kirra had been throwing up all morning. She ended up having a blockage of a HUGE piece of rubber (still no idea how she managed that), but Dr Victor explained everything to us, the cost, the risk, how she would heal, and what would likely happen if we chose not to go ahead with the surgery. We chose to, and Kirra came home to us as good as new, although very tired from her big day. She healed perfectly, and they answered our many questions and concerns with so much kindness, we'll never forget it. Our other dog, Bear, is/was/working on it a reactive GSD, and the whole team are just so amazing with her, and are willing to work with us to keep her happy and healthy. It has way better parking. I compared the price of fish and the tropical fish here are mostly under 10 bucks, look healthy and there was a fair variety. All in all glad there is a well stocked aquarium nearby.”
