“I went to buy the item but could not find in the self, went to ask the customer service lady who was busy chatting with her friend . Once she saw me she quickly said whatever is in self that’s it , Looks like she wanted to show she was doing her job but she was only physically there and her attitude was as like I have to pay to talk to her kind( I could not properly read her name tag).As I was desperate to find the item and does not like her attitude so I went to another girl Alisha,She quickly went to check for me if they had a stock but could not find so suggested me to order online which was very helpful. Other day I went there then lady named Sandra was very helpful too.the store is normally busy but even not busy the store is not very clean. But it a Kmart the ladies favourite place so cannot give negative reviews.”

The store is not huge but you can get ample for your groceries needs. The place to purchase whole frozen durian for lovers of this amazing tropical fruit!!!! The store where you can find full stock of eggs, whilst all other major local supermarket are out of eggs!!!”

“I check the online store for products I wanted (pretty wide selection btw) and I was a bit confused by the collection process and payment method, I called up and their employee was so helpful and friendly. When I arrived outside of the store to try on the shoes it was such a pleasant experience, not to mention a good deal! I definitely recommend this store and will be shopping here in the future!”

“Visited this branch again last week in the morning and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the customer service. We’ve just moved to the area and i hope Big W would give this compliment to one of their staff, Snez (saw her name tag). On multiple occasions, She was very attentive and helpful and helped me look for a puzzle and toy (which required her to dig through lotsa boxes). Such service is really hard to come by and I’m so grateful. Also, I overheard an incident last week with a man (who was looking for hot wheels) and was told not to look through the boxes as they appeared not to be displayed - he spoke to Snez with such disgust and disrespect and I hope Big W learn to stand up for their staff. As such behaviour from customers should not be condoned.”
