"Bad customer service, the lady at the cashier, Leah, promised i can exchange the item as long as i kept the receipt but i tried to exchange the item she is saying its an NQ item cannot be exchanged. She was also asking me to look at her forehead and talk while I was trying to read the receipt. She got no respect for customers, no point in looking at her head, gray matter inside what matters. Obviously its a small store they cannot afford returning items, i had better options at wood grove shopping center, my bad luck i went there. The slipper strap had uneven holes- it looks like a used item."
