“Got in from Canberra day of, had some hours to kill, so walked in to virtual room. They got us in straight away. Had a 10/10 time. James and Douglas are super friendly which made the whole thing a better experience. Highly recommend for anyone coming through Melbourne and want to do a virtual escape room.”

“We had a brilliant experience using Uplift Events. We recently did the corporate kidnapping. We had a team of about 40 people. Mixed age and ability. It was well organised and the coordinator, Chandre was great. We were able to choose the tasks, the location and the distance from our starting point. They were just happy to oblige on all fronts. We will definitely use their services for our next conference.”

“Making a decision for sending your little one to a childcare/early learning centre is not an easy one. I went through the same difficulty of choosing the one for my 10 month old. I went through the same journey as so many of the parents do when they want to evaluate a childcare. Read reviews, book tours, talk to the educators etc. Now in the current scenario with all the childcare being watched closely by the government, it gets the trust factor higher; however there were a few things that stood out for us at Kids & Co: 1. Its so easy to talk to them. The office is always open and you can just walk in and have a chat. 2. 5 stars to the educators. They are friendly and make the child feel very comfortable. 3. The space for my child is Big and allows him to move around and stay active and play. 4. There is a reserved bed with his name on it where he sleeps. 5. There are regular updates on the app making us aware in realtime what our son is up to. 6. They have a backyard too where the little ones are taken on good weather days. 7. They not just do the part of offering food to the child, rather they spend time and provide alternatives if the child is not comfortable eating something. 8. The activities that they do are so interesting and impressive especially when we see a 1 year old playing with colours or just trying to hold a brush. Now most of the childcares do a lot of the above things; however for us, we also felt that there is some positivity in the space. The vibes are nice and positive. Its been 4 months that my son has joined Kids & Co and I am very happy that I made the right choice. He is happy and learning new and interesting things everyday. Would highly recommend.”

“This was a great experience!. We did the jailbreak in dual format and it was many of our first escape room. It had a great variety of puzzles and was quite intuitive (Though there were a few ways to cheese it). If I had some complaints it would be that it felt too quick, but that might just be because time flew, or that the hardest difficulty did not feel too difficult. A greater variety of rooms and perhaps even harder rooms would be great. Otherwise it was very thematic, friendly staff, unique puzzles and we had a lot of fun”

“Had such a fun time doing the Manor of Escape room! Michael was great and really added to the experience, helping us out when we got a bit stuck. I’ve never done any VR games before but I can’t wait to go back again soon, such a cool experience!”

“Completed the crumbling prince escape/activity room with my partner and 10 year old son and it was amazing. Such a unique experience. I have done a few escape rooms and this one was the best I’ve ever done and both my partner and son agreed. We will definitely be back for part 2 and love the thought of having a second part to the experience.”

“I would like to thank all the staffs of this Choklits Surrey Hill, especially the Director Qing and Manager Dee, for their support during this tough time for my child and I. I just moved to Box Hill, and I have had multiple tours around all the childcare in Box Hill. But there was not any make me feel satisfied with. As a result, I finally came across Choklits on a strong recommendation from a friend who has worked in the education industry for more than ten years. The environment inside is the cleanest childcare I have ever visited. And the teachers and children in this childcare are very kind. And the apps used for communication between families and educators is also very convenient for parents to know their children's daily situation at any time. Teachers and the diretor will also communicate with each parent in a timely and patient manner. And they were very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about my child in a short time. So my child adapted to this new environment with their help in few days. Also, the distribution ratio between children and teachers is appropriate. Almost every child receives timely care and attention. Especially children with allergies are also highly concerned and cared by Choklits. The Choklits's food is very good and the facilities here are also very good. Parents are strongly recommended to send their children to this childcare. This is undoubtedly a great support for parents.”

“Our daughter Annabelle had her 5th birthday party here today and if you are looking for a funky, fun and highly entertaining party this is your venue! The host Bella was incredible, she had the kids engaged the whole time with fun party games and a great friendly personality. The face painting was ace the kids loved it, and the food was a very balanced mix of yummy treat food and healthy selections. The room was incredible done up so well, we had a UV glow disco party! I would add more photos of the dancefloor but they have other guests in them, it was so much fun and so colourful though!”

“Stunning gardens with a great running track that circles it, and beautiful, exotic and native trees and plants. It’s a great place to walk your dog and enjoy a coffee. There are also great cafes and function centres within the gardens.”

“Such a cool place to visit! I had so much fun playing Far cry VR, no bugs for me and it was such a fun and new experience! Fearghus and Alex were also great GM’s, they were fun and friendly and really helped make the experience. I definitely recommend going here!”

“A life saver when rainy. Booking beforehand online is recommended, especially over the weekend, but not required. Note that each session is 50mins and if busy they're quite strict with timing, so you may want to get there in time.”

There are not a lot of staff changes and they communicate so well that it leaves me super confident to leave my pandemic baby with them, even though she hasn't been very well socialised before, and has a hard time warming up. “Such a lovely place! Plenty of things to eat and drink in the Arts Center without much wait, but all around as well as it’s very close to Flinders. The Playhouse theatre is beautiful, with an classic style, a great Melbourne attraction. I watched a Roald Dahl play, and loved it! The actors were lots of fun! This is a very busy place, with hundreds of people coming and going for the shows and the restaurants. Take a stroll outside and under the bridge for a few more dinner choices and a beautiful view of the Yarra River.”

“Wonderful atmosphere to have a relaxed walk. So many things to explore and it will take the whole day for sure. The historic and pre historic sections is the highlight of the showcases. With the projections and screens, they have taken it to next level with detailed narrations. The sections showcasing the rich cultural history of Australia is also a great hall to be discovered. Since its free for students, not much burden as well.”

Had the beef ribs and that was excellent; meat came off the bone, sauce was on point (not too much that it was dripping everywhere) and the chips were fresh. And for under $35 it was reasonably priced. Great atmosphere and wait times wasn’t long.”

“We had such a fun family day out. My boys said it was the best arcade place they have ever been too. There was so many fun arcade games, bowling, laser tag and dodgem cars. The decor was so beautiful, everything was so clean and staff were so friendly. Loved the bar area that has seating too. They serve cocktails, milkshakes and delicious pizzas. “This is a really great place to hold an international congress - I'm here for IUCr2023. Plenty of foyer space that can accommodate large numbers. Location is a delight with excellent pedestrian access across the Yarra river by footbridge. Plenty of food places nearby”

“From the moment we arrived to when we left, the service we received from the staff, was excellent! Although the room was a little dated, it was very comfortable, including the bed. The food was fabulous, especially the breakfasts and you could not find a more perfectly located hotel, for attending the theatre. The Westin is now our favorite Hotel in the city and we will definitely be returning!”
