“I was recommended by my brother to check out Happy Hippo as i was told it is a great centre. I met Tori, she was fantastic. She showed me around the centre and i was very happy with what i saw. The teachers were great with the kids and it was a very clean environment. i read the programs for the children and i was also happy with that. i recommend this centre as the staff were friendly and happy to assist me with enquiries. “Completed the crumbling prince escape/activity room with my partner and 10 year old son and it was amazing. Such a unique experience. I have done a few escape rooms and this one was the best I’ve ever done and both my partner and son agreed. We will definitely be back for part 2 and love the thought of having a second part to the experience.”

“Was there for an event (lunch). It's a nice but simple space. View over oval toward city. Lots of light from big windows. Kitchen. facilities. Tables/chairs. Airconditioned. Hire through local council.”

“We come here regularly to play. There is an amazing tree for shade and the kids love playing here. The oval area is dog friendly and a great spot for socialising too.”

“My daughter has been going here for 3 months now and she loves it. She squeals with joy every time I drop her off, which she doesn't do with other centre she goes to. I knew it was the right place since we set our foot in here for the first time, when we came to have a look. Mia and all the educators here are always so warm, welcoming and genuine. The amount and variety of toys and books are perfect for all ages. They always do fun art or craft activities for kids no matter how busy they may be. The indoor and outdoor space are nicely laid out and always tidy and clean. They take infection control and Covid safety practices seriously, and my daughter learnt to love hand washing thanks to them, which I really appreciate. They offer shorter days only which was perfect for my 1 year old to get started with. Highly recommend it!”

“We have been lucky enough to have our children in care at Dewdrops over the past couple of years. The Centre has a great family atmosphere and each child is treated with such individualism to grow and develop. The educators are genuine, caring and nurturing. The smaller size of the Centre is such an advantage as all the children and educators know each other and their interests. The educators are consistent suggesting Dewdrops is a great place to work. The director Rhiain is a great communicator, welcomes and farewells families each day with a smile and is always willing to help with any query. I have to also mention the unique and amazing bush kinder program the Centre runs encouraging local environmental learning. I highly recommend Dewdrops to any family looking for care in the area.”

“My child has been going to the Tinning Street centre for two years now. I initially picked this centre because of its Excellent rating from the Department of Education and I have been really happy with the excellent quality care that we've received. (We're also so relieved that the non-stop sickness that we experienced at the centre we previously attended has stopped! Obviously health and hygiene practices are so much better here than at our last centre). Because its a community based centre, the management is really responsive, profits obviously get reinvested in the quality of the program (high quality staff, excursions, incursions), and the sense of community with other families at the centre is really nice. Unlike the previous centre we attended, Tinning Street has really experienced staff and low turnover (of staff and families). The atmosphere is fantastic and the integrated kindergarten program for three and four year old children is very good. The centre is a bit shabby looking, but the outdoor spaces are great and my child found it very cozy and welcoming from the start. My little one loves going and we'll definitely plan on staying with this centre until starting school.”
