“Visited this branch again last week in the morning and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the customer service. We’ve just moved to the area and i hope Big W would give this compliment to one of their staff, Snez (saw her name tag). On multiple occasions, She was very attentive and helpful and helped me look for a puzzle and toy (which required her to dig through lotsa boxes). Such service is really hard to come by and I’m so grateful. Also, I overheard an incident last week with a man (who was looking for hot wheels) and was told not to look through the boxes as they appeared not to be displayed - he spoke to Snez with such disgust and disrespect and I hope Big W learn to stand up for their staff. As such behaviour from customers should not be condoned.”

“Assembling bike was easy when you followed the instructions step by step. It has very smooth noiseless motion. The only negative would be, if you were under 155cm the seat would not be adjustable enough for easy reach of the pedals. The screen was easy to set up and use. So far i think it is great.”
