“First time, in over a year, I've ordered from the Workshop. Customer services is still fantastic. Also. This is a boutique-type of cafe, so don't expect to find jumbo coffee for 3 bucks, plain ham/cheese sandwiches, or an extensive menu. If you have dietary requirements, I've found they are happy to accommodate, if they can.”

“I have always loved coming here when visiting Ballarat. Saturday between 1.30 - 2 pm on the 1st July, I was at the register in the ladies' department. Unfortunately, I blacked out and fainted, and the two staff at the register were on the ball. They provided a chair and water for me. They kept engaging with me, ensuring I was recovered prior to leaving. During all this, they still maintained to keep the service going. Myer, you are very lucky to have these two ladies as staff. Sorry I didn't get your names. However, thank you.”

“Hadn't been to Bibos for years. Was happy to see Charlie still there. We had an amazing experience, could not fault anything. Loved the decor of our intimate dining. Perfectly cooked steaks. Duck and Pork Belly Devine. Entrees and sides full of flavour. You have to have the haloumi on greens, it is so tasty. Service was personal. Our group of five all left happy and satisfied. It will be sad the day that Charlie is no longer on board, whoever follows will have big shoes to fill. Thank you Charlie for an unforgettable evening.”
