“A big shout out to the lovely Lisa on the trade desk. I mentioned I had lost my power pass a year ago while I was returning some goods to the Hastings store. Numerous other Bunnings staff around Melbourne had told me to call customer support. She told me she would try and get it reactivated. Fifteen minutes later I was back up and running with my power pass. True old school service! Thank you to this valuable member of staff. She joked she should get a coffee card for the great service. Go on Bunnings I think she definitely deserves some praise!”

“Ben, Cody & Dino as well as the manager were so helpful! Just before Christmas I had done a late online order for a roof rack basket, but I was tired and didn't realise I needed the racks as well (I thought it was a kit). I arrived to pick up my order and they helped me get everything I needed AND even though it was lunchtime they helped to fit the rack and basket to my car, took about 15 minutes. They also showed me how to take the basket off. Thank you so much I had just spent a massive week packing my life up to move to Sydney and we couldn't fit everything in the moving POD, I needed the racks for my kids suitcases with their clothes! Helped so much! Not only that, they made sure I got the correct oil for my car too. And they were all super friendly, happy and helpful! Thanks guys!!”

“We recently used Vesper Tools to replace the lower guide on a beautiful old 38" LS Barker bandsaw. Chris' guide far exceeded the standards and performance of the original guide. We replaced the lower guide completely and for the top guide Chris adapted it to use his far superior thrust wheel and custom made some o2 steel guide blocks to suit. The price was absolutely reasonable for the precision work done. There is nowhere else in Australia that you are able to get work like this done on an old bandsaw. Thanks very much for your time and energy in getting her running better than new.”
