“I really love this opshop, it's a hidden gem and has such a large selection of goodies, good condition furniture and clothing, shoes, linen and kids stuff. Two staff today were so lovely and forgiving when my young son accidentally broke something. They checked to see if he was ok as the most important thing and that meant a lot to me. I am not from the area but I always love to come here when I am in Bendigo!”

The young man working there was extremely helpful and clearly had a good understanding of the products. Made a number of suggestions of products that would have all been suitable for my son. Left the store satisfied with my purchases and would have still been in the store of it wasn’t for the outstanding customer service. Would recommend this store and the young gentleman working there.”

“I actually bought these yoga pants to wear to a friend's wedding. (I don't really do dresses) The Layla Flares are so gorgeous. It ended up being a really cold day. I wore leggings underneath and some ankle boots. I was cozy and comfortable. I am going to get a couple more pairs in other colours. Oh...and I wore them to my yoga class today.”

“We went in to buy a shoe for my husband, we asked the sales assistant for help with a size.He looked at the shoe took out his scanner and said sorry no sizes at all, these are very popular and have all been sold out. We were quite disappointed and were about to walk out but my husband approached another young man and asked for help, l he scanned the shoes and asked what size we were after. We were surprised when he said we have all sizes. He was very helpful and patient. A big shout out to him for helping us out.”

“I completely understand why some people have given this store low ratings. It seems like some of the employees are just going through the motions and not really focused on listening and helping their customers. Instead, they seem more interested in just talking amongst themselves. Recently, I went to buy a pair of shoes and spoke to one of the staff members about what I was looking for. I even showed her a picture, but she immediately refused to stock that item. However, my experience considerably improved when I was referred to Jack. He is a staff member who understands the true essence of customer service. Jack was incredibly helpful and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. What's more, he even remembered me from my last visit several months ago when I purchased a pair of shoes. It was a delightful surprise to witness his consistent level of excellent service that he provides to his customers. Jack is an authentic and amiable person who is a pleasure to interact with. I just had to leave a five-star review for the incredible service I received from Jack!”
