Amanda Barrow, Artist

Sponsored by Speedball Art / Akua Inks, Statesville, NC, this institution offers a unique selection of artwork created by Amanda Barrow. Recently, Amanda Barrow had a studio visit with Joan Young, Director of Curatorial Affairs at the Guggenheim Museum. Her work has been collected by prestigious institutions such as The Museum of Modern Art in NYC, Yale University, and the Museum of the Book in The Netherlands. Amanda Barrow has also received a Fulbright Specialist grant opportunity, allowing her to teach printmaking classes worldwide. Her monotype prints "Strata #1" and "Strata Flow" are now part of the UMass/Amherst University Museum of Contemporary Art collection. In the past, her work has been exhibited in museums and galleries around the world, including MACRO in Rome, Italy, and Art Space Vincennes in Indiana. Amanda Barrow also conducts monotype print workshops using Akua Inks, sharing her expertise with art enthusiasts globally.
