This picturesque park is a part of the Apponagansett Bay Farm conservation effort, proudly acquired by the Dartmouth Natural Resources Trust (DNRT) in partnership with the Buzzards Bay Coalition in August 2019. Spanning 77 acres, the reserve offers a rich tapestry of landscapes, including 7.4 acres of salt marsh, 21 acres of forested swamp, an 8-acre agricultural field, two streams, wooded uplands, and two vernal pools. Begin your adventure at the trailhead located in the parking lot, where you can embark on approximately 2 miles of scenic trails.
