"Well I got to meet some of the Owens Family. WOW! Customer service, that CERTAINLY is a rare thing these days! An old school business with character. I got here by word on mouth, so if you have had a similar experience make sure that you help with a review and a share. I hope this is just the beginning of a wonderful vendor client relationship. "Just got our 4 bobby Owens bar pizza pans and used them tonight. These pans certainly do make all the difference. Fantastic! If you are looking to make your own bar pizza, you must get these pans. Give them a call, excellent customer service and you can either pick them up or as in my case ship them out of state to South Carolina. Highly recommend!"

"Absolutely fantastic experience ordering from Bobby Owens and Bay State Restaurant Products! His store has been slammed with orders for bar pizza pans lately, and he has been diligent in taking orders and updating customers on when they would be ready for pickup. Unfortunately I had moved out of state by the time he was restocked - no problem! Bobby called me when the pans were in, added some trays to the order, and shipped them out to me quickly. They arrived in excellent condition, and I cannot wait to use them! Kudos to Bobby and his entire team for their professionalism, responsiveness, and friendliness.
