"the woman wearing those rain boots in the window section yesterday. she asked this guy if he needs help because he was walking down the isle maybe once. i was walking back and forth look for the iron rods you stick in the ground, and i pass by the window section where she was sitting but she never seen me or ask if i need help, but she saw this guy and she immediately helped him. I have my theory y she ran to his aid but i wont say it, and this is not the first time i experience that kind of behavior. I rather go to lowes than home depot in crescent street brockton, some of the staff they just ignore you, i mean some are very helpful but some they are not. i was going to walk up to her and ask her where to find what i was looking for just to see her response, but i say no next time."

"Morgan at Appliances is absolutely the best. So knowledgeable, patient and so easy to speak with. She took good care of me when purchasing my appliances for my new kitchen. It was a busy day because it was tax free weekend, and she still worked efficiently and swiftly to complete my order with ease. Highly recommend speaking with her. Other workers in Appliances (in Home depot in general) could learn a lot from her."

"Smaller Home Depot than most. They make up for it with helpful employees. When you can find one. It seems they are having trouble getting help just like just about everywhere else. They carry most of what the bigger Home Depots do. If it's important for you to know that they definitely have the thing you're looking for, call first. But I suggest that for any store. Their computers and the website lie sometimes! So avoid disappointment by calling. And grab a cart on your way in."
