"Wow - what an amazing experience! Roy gave my poodle Cooper a haircut and it was fantastic. Before the haircut, Roy sat down with Cooper for a few minutes with Cooper in his lap to get acquainted with him, as he could tell Cooper was initially nervous and he wanted to calm his nerves. That was such a game changer! Cooper left Roy's with the best haircut he has ever had. On top of it all, Roy is such a kind and friendly person. Highly recommend."
