"Picked out some Chesapeake Bay seasoning and a very interesting amber lager, all-malt Worcestershire sauce but was kind of talked down to at the register because I wasn't buying olive oil or balsamic. That was kind of weird. Otherwise, they have a nice shop with a great selection of oils and vinegars (and seasonings and sauces)."
"We had a large group adults and kids, and we had so much fun, (had no idea you could have this much fun tasting oil and vinegar.) it was the highlight of our trip to Annapolis that day. "Total treat. The woman working was so friendly and quick to help us try out things we liked and even some things we didn’t know we would like. Tried the magi vinegar and we ended up using that to make mezcal cocktails! We got some Spanish olive oil. They were super helpful finding some great pairings of olive oil and vinegar to mix up. Well laid out and immense selection of oils and vinegars. Thank you for all the delicious treats."

"I have always loved balsamic vinegar, but I never really knew about its rich history or origins. The fact is that only real balsamic vinegar is made in Italy in Reggio Emilia and Modena. Serious Eats (2014) explains that traditional balsamic vinegar is overseen from harvest to the end by a special certification agency. The grapes are whole pressed, (juice, skins, seeds, and stem), cooked over fire, fermented for three weeks, and then aged for 12 years in barrels. Seasons Olive Oil & Vinegar Taproom's unique tasting barrels are a great way to sample and enjoy before you purchase. Both sides of the shop are lined with the stainless-steel barrels and tasting cups. I am not a lover of olive oil, but the shopkeeper showed gave me a sample of a mild extra virgin olive oil from Spain and I was instantly sold. I also purchased the traditional, black cherry, and Santorini oregano vinegars. If you love Balsamic Vinegar, be sure to stop in!"
