"I do try to be understanding and patient with every business I walk into, however, this place is quite an embarrassment to be honest. It's halfway between a grocery store and department store, serving as the only place the families who live nearby without a vehicle need to get all of their groceries, unless they can manage the bus which would add costs and another hour to their trip. This was the 2nd or 3rd time of me going inside. Today I wanted one thing a friend suggested I buy from there since their prices are so low. Yes, they are good prices, but the atmosphere is dreadful, products on the floor and in the aisles, just a simple mess all over the store. Dark lighting to add special ambience. I could have given all of the above issues a pass, but then going to pay for my item I notice a long line waiting to pay for their things. There was only one self-checkout open and one checkout register open with an employee, but he said he only takes CASH? That is very odd. There were three groups in front of me and it was going to take too long, so I put my item back and walked out. I'd rather pay 40% more than deal with that again."
