"My husband purchased a quad cigar cutter from Mike a little less than a year ago. It stopped working suddenly so we took it in for repair. Mike said he would have it repaired. My husband has been back twice and each time he was told he had not sent it in for repair. Shipping issues, don’t like the vendor. He never offered a replacement. Never said I’ll give you a call when it’s ready. Never took down our contact info. We were frequent customers so it wasn’t as if he didn’t know us. The last time my husband went in Mike didn’t even get out of his chair in the lounge. Needless to say, we are extremely disappointed with this stores customer service, and we will never do business with this establishment again. Thank you for responding so quickly. If you had explained all this the times we came in we could have avoided this misunderstanding."
"If you're a pipe smoker or ever wanted to try pipes, this is THE place to go. Unbelievable selection of pipes and tobacco with a staff that genuinely cares about what they're selling. Mike especially is an absolute expert on the stuff and he will not steer you wrong. Their cigar selection is all killer no filler, and includes something exceptionally rare; Ezra Zion limited run sticks. If you've never had them, try them, especially if you're a cigar smoker who loves variety and quality. Customer service here is also top notch, every time I've come in they've been genuinely helpful, and they did me a real solid when a Christmas gift went wrong this year. Check this place out."
"I have nothing but praise for this shop. When I went shopping for my husband's Christmas present Mike was extremely knowledgeable and helpful putting together a gift for him and patient as I picked out a pipe from their HUGE selection. When my husband had an issue with the pipe Mike was again amazing and patient in helping us resolve the issue with no stress. My husband even got a 2nd pipe because the selection is so good! I'll be shopping at Chesapeake Pipe and Cigar as long as they have their doors open, really an excellent place!"
