"The food was fine, I got the all you can eat boneless wings for 14.99, but make sure that you put in your next order of wings right after they bring you your plate they take about 15-20 mins to get them ready so when you’re done with the first plate, the next round will be ready. The drinks were ok and kinda strong I got the lemon drop shot and the valentines special which tasted strong. Atmosphere was good they were playing some good music and there was just a good vibe going on. The service could’ve been better but nothing too bad the girl just wasn’t attentive enough."

"I had a good experience with the food, but the customer service was subpar. I placed an order for takeout online and was informed that it would be ready for pick-up at 6:27 pm. I arrived at 6:25 pm and waited in my car for a bit before proceeding inside to pick up my food. However, there was no hostess available to assist me at the curbside desk. Despite the lively atmosphere and pleasant music, there was no one to help me. After waiting for around 20 minutes, I had to call out to a waiter for assistance. He acknowledged me and said he would help me in a moment before walking away. After a few more minutes, the hostess finally arrived, but without my food. She seemed uninterested and annoyed with my request for assistance. Furthermore, her exaggerated eyelashes made it difficult for me to even hear her. I mean, it looked like she had two centipedes tap dancing on her eyelids. Sheesh! I waited for about 40 more minutes after my interaction with the uninterested hostess until my order was finally ready. Based on my experience, I would suggest that if you're in Largo, MD, and want to dine at Applebee's, you should consider dining in instead of ordering take-out. Perhaps you will receive better service in person."

"Food was very disappointing. I saw a new salad but when ordered it looked like it was left over. Looked nothing like picture or even similar. I'm not dillusional to believe it will be identical but at least be close. They won't get me again. No manager ever came to speak with me...they just refunded my money and no apology or anything. ***They don't care what they serve you at times...the industry has gone down in terms of service. 2nd try...chicken tortilla soup is fire!!!"

"Whole experience was awful. We should’ve went to Texas Roadhouse instead! Everything from the service to the food was terrible. We should have known the moment we pulled up and saw the kitchen staff outside taking a smoke break in their greasy kitchen aprons. Came in around 8:30pm, it says that they were open until 12am. Ordered the 2 for $25, the meals came out 15 minutes apart. First meal had cold, limp fries but hot chicken tenders. Second meal had hot fries on top of cold fries and a warm, medium rare burger that was supposed to be well done. Ordered a drink, they didn’t have it so we opted for the blue Bahama mama with light ice, the drink they bought us looked like about two shots or as if someone drank half of it, so we sent it back. Boneless wings had too much sauce. Ordered a smoothie that came out with the check. Received a caesar salad that I did not ask for. Took 15 minutes to get napkins and straws. The waitress had the worst attitude as if we inconvenienced her by dining in. I asked for water but never received it so I had to clear my throat with the bottle of water I had in my bag! A nice lady I can assume was the manager because she’s the only one that seemed to care, had to assist us 2 times. The entire floor staff of young adults sat at one table during our entire visit at the restaurant, not working but instead gossiping. Did I mention that besides my sister and I, that there was only one guest sitting at the bar! How is the service this poor with only 3 people in the entire restaurant? It took 15 minutes to get the check and another 10 minutes for our waitress to come get our card, but only after I flagged the table of staff down. After all of this, the manager only took off $5! What a joke! Never again."
