"I love Fridays. I took my son there for his birthday and it was his first time there. The food is always prepared fresh and hot. The location is great. It wasn't crowded and the atmosphere was awesome. I recommend this location over all of the rest of them"
"Got a to-go order. Rest of food looked okay. Got the Whiskey-Glaze Sesame Chicken Strips. Saunce on the side. Bottom of plastic tray was burned because they put HOT food in a thin plastic tray."
"SCAMMERS WHO WONT FIX THEIR MISTAKE On july 6th I came in for lunch and ordered 3 things my bill was 60 dollars after asking for a receipt after payment my waiter acted as if he was confused. After 10 mins he gives me a bill with only the price and not the itemized bill. I had to request a manager for the bill. The manager Vanessa proceeded to give me what turned out to be my correct bill of 20.43. After I explain to her I was clearly overcharged She takes my name and number and leaves the table for 30 mins. I had to finally request for her to come back to my table. Vanessa then tells me she can’t give me any proof of refund and to call back in 5-7 days if the transaction does not reverse. The transaction did not reverse so I called once a day for almost 3 weeks after getting hung up on or being put on hold dozens of times I successfully got through to management one time and he told me it was nothing he could do and I would have to wait until Vanessa got in office. It is currently Aug 1st and I have yet to receive a refund or even have a simple call with the manager who guaranteed she’d fix her employee mistake. Please save yourself the trouble of getting scammed."
"The food took forever to come. We didn't even eat. We walked over to golden corral and got food immediately. The drinks were good but too much liquor. The bartender fixed everything for us. Maybe I'll visit again next year."
"My husband took the kids to Fridays, I decided to stay home with our baby. They ate there and brought my food back. They ate 2 chicken and shrimp pasta there, which they enjoyed. They ordered the 3rd one take out for me and let’s say I just trashed it. Mere looking at it I knew it wasn’t done and it looked bland. When I tasted it, it was hard and had no seasoning. Let’s just say I was so disappointed because that’s my favorite dish and I was super hungry waiting for my food only to have to trash it. Secondly, I ordered the wings platter but they ordered me just wings. I even provided the online order description to avoid any mistakes."
