"This is the worst chick-fil-a in the area. You’re better off going 5 mins up the road to the Balk Hill location, I’ve never had a bad experience there. I came here because this location is closer to me. Decided to give them another try, and waited 40 mins in the drive thru for old tasting cold food. As an ex chick-fil-a employee, the company has clearly lost the standard they had in the past, this location is horrible."

"To be honest, the food here is really good, but the service here really is trash, we ordered a kids meal, a salad, and two eight piece nuggets meal. First they said they didn’t have a kids toy, which usually they substitute it with something else but no, they wanted to charge me an extra ice cream, they also wanted to charge me for the fries that I changed for the Mac and cheese for. Then, for the salad, they told me they didn’t have the avocado dressing and they were charging me for two packets, I told them to either bring me a different dressing or to give me my money back for the salad. Then, they brought me the avocado dressing they supposedly didn’t have. I left because I was hungry, because we waiting for 40 minutes there. Worst chickfilla service ever. Also, the guy who brought me the food, would walk back and forth without the things I ordered, he came back 4 times, and he was missing items from my order every single time."

"Terrible service. They do not deserve one star. Teens taking orders were horribly rude. Waited 15 minutes for two milkshakes. They parked me. Waited ten minutes. Finally I walked up to the window and asked for my order. Was assured they were making it right now. I stood there waiting. I saw milkshakes being made and none were mine. Stood for five minutes. The workers made milkshakes while looking at me and laughing. A manager assured me they would bring them out to my car. I went back and waited five more minutes. At this point I’m sure there would be spit in my shakes so I left with no shakes. This is not the service I expect anywhere. My local chick fil is outstanding. When I’m in town again there is no way I would go to this restaurant. I went three times during the week I was there. Each time got progressively worse. Just unreal!!"
