"Worst apartment ever. I got into a car accident and I left my car parked in the parking lot and even though I had been paying for my car to be parked there everyday they towed my car anyways just because it hasn’t been moved and looked damaged. They shouldn’t have done that even though I had been paying for it be parked everyday!! I was already buying parts and getting ready to get it fixed and they towed it. Do not recommend it here"

"This is the second time in 7 days there has been no hot water. No email no letter on the door no nothing. They still gone want that rent on the 1st though smh. I surprised they haven’t been hit with a class action law suit yet! This is truly sad. They really take advantage of the tenants here. When all utilities were included they cut off the heat the air the hot water. Now we pay utilities and they still cutting off everything how is this legal?! Clearly those in corporate don’t care about the tenants if they did they would fix these issues!!!!!!!"

"I’ve had an apartment before but this is my best experience before moving in! Kimberly definitely made this an easier transition than what I thought. She’s always well dressed, she’s funny and persistent! If it wasn’t for her managing my move in file, I would’ve chose somewhere else to move. She showed me around the community with Perfect Customer Service and had all the answers to my questions. I’m happy to be joining this community on behalf of Kim! Thank You KIM"

"DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY . Moved here beginning of June and I have had so many problems already . By day 2 my bathroom ceiling flooded because the man upstairs drained his tub it happened twice in the first month . My kitchen ceiling light falls atleast once every 2 weeks because they ghetto rig everything . THE PARKING IS THE DUMBEST THING EVER A DOLLAR AN HOUR AND if you get towed the tow company close to 30 mins away in hyattsville THATS INSANE. I hate it here and I signed a 15 month lease in the first month I had so much go wrong they fixed the stuff after a lot of calls going up there and complaining . Hot water never works in the morning. Roaches I have to get my apartment sprayed monthly already and I have only been there for 2 months now . Maintenance don’t come on time unless you act ugly . I have so many problems in so little time and they don’t compensate for nothing . Just a ghetto neighborhood that sales you dreams to get you to move in ."
