"Booked a massage in 2021, rescheduled the day and then received a call they would not be able to take me bc they overbooked. No problem, was told I would recieve a refund. I have been emailing for months to get a refund to my account or a check in the mail and now I only get rude and short responses or nothing at all. The man I spoke with on the phone was overwhelmed and not knowledgeable about the process, he wasn't able to even navigate the system. I was very patient as I understand how busy things are but now not even responding or trying to get me information leaves me questioning the integrity of this place."
"Location is great, plenty of parking. Spa services are in a tranquil basement w beautiful stone/plaster walls. However, the products used for spa services are not anything special so the price of services is a bit of a question mark for me. If they invest in nicer products, I’d definitely give this 5 stars."
"Very quiet place. Could be cleaned better. Dust on ceiling fans and window sills. The old man who helped us with breakfast was sweet..just like the breakfast. No meat or bacon. Waffles,muffins, cereal..sweet stuff. There was fruit for a healthier option"
"Absolutely fantastic and relaxing my husband and I got the couples 90 min massage. Our therapist was so calming and had the softest and warmest hands it was so nice. She took care to make sure we were both comfortable. Loved it I booked another for the next weekend!! 10/10 would do again."
"Charged us double for a room that had mold on the walls and smells damp. The fire department was called because there was smoke in the building and no staff were to be found by phone or on the property. This is not a good place to go and I will not be going back. The finishing touch was they charged us double and lied about it to our face. Now we must dispute the second charge."
