"Majority of these good ratings are from ppl who got good service coming to look at the place and I received good service too but living here is not great. The apartment isn’t as nice as the model they show you. Building doors are not fixed n anyone can access it your building. Not everyone receives their mail, people’s apartments get broken into n nothing is done about it. Along with cars. Simple safety things are not in place that no one should have to ask for. Good customer service means nothing"
"This new office team is AMAZING!!! I can't begin to express how much a change they collectively bring to the property. The customer service when you enter the office, is always welcoming with smiles from Destiny & Blake when sharing concerns all three listen. The respect and care to the residents that I have witness from Cherish the manager. She has shared programs and resources to assist all. She also follows up on tardiness of maintenance orders. Unfortunately the maintenance complains publicly in front me about management team and contractors work done in the units. I hope the changes soon."
"I toured the Residence at Silver Hill community this morning. I was a walk-in didn’t have an appointment. But Blake and the property manager had no problem with helping me. Unlike the neighboring community. Blake was very professional and allowed me to take my time during the tour. She made sure that all my questions and concerns were answered before leaving the office. Her customer service was excellent and I’m looking forward to becoming a resident of the community."
"The model apartment looks great! It was spacious, it has a washer and dryer with the black appliances. New cabinets and very home like. I love the floors they are hardwood and it have a lot of windows for lighting. These are some nice apartments and it’s at a great rate right now."
