"Safety is not guaranteed in this neighborhood. it is 6:00 am in the morning at the time I'm writing this, and some random dude that I don't know is repeatedly knocking at my door and trying to turn the door knob to get inside. I was standing at my door for a while with my gun looking through the peep hole waiting for him to go away. the $1267 a month is not worth it living here."
"Apartments are basic and recently i saw mice in my apartment. Maintenance came in and put some traps down but didnt seal the mouse holes. When my lease is up im moving! I wish they would let me out of my lease without any penalties."
