"I was going to be hours late to check in but the gentleman on the phone was so kind and accommodating, he just made a note of our late arrival. However, when we got there, the receptionist literally ignored 3 people standing at her counter. We started wondering, could she see us? She was so rude. My goodness. The rooms were ok. Tidy, fresh linen, towels etc. Iron and board, hair dryer, microwave and fridge included. The carpet really feels dirty, so wear your socks or night slippers.. I did not like the coffee machine in the bathroom, especially when there is space in the room for it, but if you are ok with that, then ok. The shower head was a disaster. (3rd floor) The pool looked abandoned and the water was frigid, though they said it was 70 degrees. There are glass windows all around, so perhaps why it felt like 60. We did not stay long but the damage was done (we all got sick that night). I should mention that it is a wheelchair accessible and there is a pool lift. You can have juice, yogurt, apples, cereal, tea and coffee for breakfast and you can make your own waffles. Kitchen lady just whisked away the waffle mix while I was making waffles, did not even say excuse me. There is no drinking water. Buy your own. Overall, the room was comfortable and nothing I experienced was bad enough to prevent my return or recommendations free (at your own risk)parking is also available. Gentleman at check out was also very kind."

"Don't come to the roach motel.they take your money and treat you like the migrants that live and work here. No spreads. Smell like weed. No breakfast just waffle nothing else. Move twice roaches falling from the ceiling. Atmosphere feels dangerous. Ms Oue manager very rude No respect.when I told her about my situation she "stated you can check out now and I will refund your money Then she looked and saw how many days she changed her mind. Told me to get the money from 3rd party. The site have the rooms looking good Not so when you get here!!!! The worst hotel in Baltimore. RUN RUN RUN!!!!!"

"Horrible place. The whole forth floor smelled like they smoked tons of weed in the hallway. Reported it, saw nothing happened. Breakfast consists of cold cereal, waffles, and coffee. Went out for a decent breakfast. The employee in the dining room touched everything with no gloves. I found roach poop on the plastic spoons."

"Was nervous at first due to the horror reviews about this hotel but was pleasantly surprised with the room. NO bed bugs, roaches, hair in the shower / on the bed or mold! HOWEVER!! There was bright and dark red stains on the carpet and splatters on the wall. What SHOCKED me most was that the attendant made me a key after I got locked out without first confirming that I knew what name was on the reservation. I just said "room 316, (friends name)" and she took my word for it and remade my key to 316. My name wasn't even on the reservation. I worked in hospitality for 4 years as a front desk attendant and this is a HUGE red flag!!!"

"The room was decent enough, no frills. The shower barely worked, no water pressure, and the water wasn't very hot. Also, for a room with two beds, there was only 1 towel. Granted, I could have asked for more towels, but it was late, and it wasn't worth the hassle. Also, the breakfast was pretty pitiful. There is a waffle maker, a few apples, two terrible cereals (with no milk) and that's it. There is a coffee machine for those coffee drinkers. Ended up not utilizing the breakfast and going elsewhere, so if breakfast is your go-to, I'd skip this place. Overall, it's not a terrible place, just very underwhelming even for the price."
