"I ran across this facility online and I decided to give it a chance. I told myself that I will give it a good thirty days and try it out. I wanted to become more active, lose weight and improve my overall health. I worked with Coach Kev and Coach Josh and my experience has been top notch. My mobility is limited, but the coaches took the challenge head on and got me on a plan that worked within my limitations, while maximizing my mobility. If you are looking for someone to hold you accountable without the undue pressure and intimidation, then this place is the place for you. Thirty days has come and gone and I’m still here working hard to meet my fitness goals. This place will be a part of my regular health routine indefinitely."

"My son is in high school and goes here for strength and conditioning twice a week. I've seen a difference in his performance, and he isn't winded on the basketball court. He has also built muscle at a safe pace. Coach K and his staff have made it a learning experience, so my son is aware of the training he is partaking in and why. I love how everyone who works there encourages and teaches not only my son but also other students in general there in attendance. I've also had the opportunity to participate in one of the adult classes offered there. It was a great workout, and the people were extremely welcoming and helpful. I had to go at my own pace, and they were encouraging even though they had just met me. I recommend not only for athletes but for those who are looking to get and stay in shape."

"FCF is a lifesaver. Coach Kevin has established a positive, neat and clean training environment. Not only is it filled with great equipment, but with great people as well. This is a “gym” like no other. The Coaches are very skilled, encouraging and positive. The training routine is different every day so boredom never sits in. This is a community of amateurs and fitness enthusiasts. No matter your skill level, we are all here to motivate and support one another. I have learned so much about nutrition, mindset, strength training and overall fitness. We celebrate small wins and understand the lifestyle change and life’s fitness journey. With necessary supplies in ample supply. It is extremely comforting to constantly witness the routine cleaning of their equipment. I would highly recommend FCF to everyone! You won’t regret it!"
