"i’ve been here for almost 2 years and i have had to throw away or kill at least 20 mice. the leasing office sends no one who really makes a difference to handle the infestation of mice. never ever move here at all cost"

"Customer service has been excellent since the day I have moved in on March 2023. The ladies in the office: Sydney, Yasmin, Meyli and Lanita have been very helpful with my concerns and issues. Great place to live."

"This is by far the WORST place that you could ever live. It is a dirty complex , the leasing staff are all rude , maintenance takes days to get to a maintenance emergency . The only time that they come to fix a problem is if you are Hispanic they do not care for the other races that live in the complex . If inflation wasn’t happening i would not still be here . I would absolutely not recommend ANYONE to live here . Unless they like to live with roaches and rats and the leasing office not doing anything about it be my guest but other wise STAY . FAR . FAR . AWAY!!!!!!!"

"Don't move here! Trashy around complex, not enough parking for residents, pest issue that are not handled.I have to call an outside exterminator to resolve the issues and paid $400 for the treatment.They have told me for over a month Nov 19th that this would taking care of. Nothing has happened. Needless to say I will be leaving soon. I have several notices of pest control appts but no one shows up. Today I received exterminator was here on my door. However, I cancelled because the company I paid should be out to do another treatment and get the captured rodent found. I find it strange that if they still came in my apartment. How is the dead mouse still here Smdh! I can’t take anymore!!!! They are not willing to discount my rent or reimburse me. I’ve never received an apology for any of the inconvenience and discomfort I feel in my home."

"This place was absolutely terrible. I moved out 5 years ago and forgot to write this review. I drove by the complex and the anger I felt. I knew I had to come and write a review. I LEFT THIS PLACE BECAUSE OF THE MICE PROBLEM THAT THEY HAD. Reading other reviews I see they still have not fixed this issue and now they also have a roach problem. I called them several times to fix this issue and the bare minimum was done. They had the nerve to increase rent when they have a mice problem. The mice was even active during the day as well. Multiple mices were in my apartment. I had enough and moved out as soon as my lease was over. My daughter was having a reaction to the mice droppings and yet they refused to do anything."
