"I love the store & they have heydudes!"
"I had purchased a gift card from shoe show oakland md for 50.00$ and gave it to my mom as an Xmas gift. We went in together so she could use it. She found a pair of shoes she liked and we went to checkout. My mom hadnt used the card yet. The part on the back of that card that you have to scratch off, hadent been scratched yet so the lady working scratched it off for her when it was handed as form of payment. It only covered 13$ and some change on the shoes so mymom had to pay out of pocket herself for the remaining amount. When asked why it was this way the lady replied she didn't know and we could call later or come in later to talk to a manager. We called the manager who didn't understand at all and did nothing to help. So I'm out money on a giftcard that we didn't get to use the full amount on and my mom is out the money she had to pay for the remainder of the total on the shoes."

"Store was clean and well organized. They have a very large selection of women's sneakers, which is what I was looking for. The woman working was very nice and helpful."
"They must have a lot of theft in this area because me and my kids were followed and watched throughout the store. More so than the other customers. I will say that despite the discomfort, I normally shop here because of their amazing sales. However, during one visit it was really uncomfortable and caused me and my daughter to leave. It also doesn't hurt the the manager (I am assuming she was the manager) was very unpleasant in comparison to the other staff member that was working that specific day. I ended up driving to Morgantown, WV to purchase my daughter and son a couple pair of shoes. I provided one star for the great sales."
