"I have been taking my dog here for over 13 years! I WILL NOT be going back to the Clip Joint. Flo does not know how to talk to her customers - yelling and screaming at them. I witness this in the past with others, but she got very nasty with me when asking the reason why her prices go up every time I bring my dogs to her. It's not even about the money, but how she talks to you! If she treats humans this way, imagine how she will treat your pets! I would not recommend! Brought both my dogs home yesterday and they both appear to be nervous since their groom."
"We love the new location. It's a lil larger, looks to be beneficial to organization. It is clean and fresh. Staff and service are great. We love Florence because she cares about not only our babies/dogs but also their owners."
"I just moved to town and this groomer had good reviews, and we had a nice conversation on the phone as well. However, when I took my 2.5 year old dog to get her nails trimmed she walked out with 5 bleeding nails. I called back to inform the owner (who clipped them) and she said they "must have opened up on the sidewalk when walking out". There was no accountability. The second unfortunate thing to happen was the owner making inappropriate comments about my veterinary office, as well as some racist comments. I will not be bringing my dog back, and would not recommend this place to others."
"I took my fur baby to get groomed at this awesome establishment after being referred by a friend and I was so happy and pleased with the services that were provided. My little pooch smelled amazing and looked so cute after her much needed haircut/groom. The prices were very reasonable and the owner was sweet, kind and very knowledgeable. Needless to say, I will be returning in the near future."
