"My last experience at First Medical was fine in office, the lack of concern afterwards is why they are receiving one star. I was treated by Dr. Vasquez. I’d received medication that had given me terrible side effects and when attempting to call to have the medication changed and to speak with the doctor about new symptoms that arose with my condition, I never received a callback until almost three days later. The side effects caused me to rush to urgent care as it escalated quickly and I could have been hospitalized. So if you want follow up advice/ change to your prescribed medications from them . Goodluck. I will not be returning here."

"This was my first visit to this office. I was promptly greeted by staff and seen shortly thereafter. Staff was friendly and quick. I met with the Nurse Practitioner (Leanne Antioquia). She was very friendly and thorough. All of my questions were answered and my additional concerns were addressed. Also, the location is a little bit hidden but no too hard to find. The office could use a few updates but other than that no complaints."
