"Do not come here! I had at 2pm, 2:30 and 3pm appointment for my three children. I arrived at 1:45, and as I was filling out paperwork, we were asked to come to the back to start services. Once in the back of the office. I was given at $200 bill for Medicaid stating that my youngest needed 3 sealants. (He was sitting next to me while I was filing out paperwork. ) I asked how is this valid if the doctor hasn't seen him yet, the front office assistant stated "yes she has". The dental assistant who started on my oldest daughter chimed in and said "no she's hasn't this is the first child she's seen" (mentioning my oldest in the chair) She then took the paperwork back to front. 5 minutes later the dental assistant working on my daughter said" we're in a hurry we're trying to leave for the day" I said, "why would your office schedule a 2 pm appointment if you're still going to rush?" She didn't reply. All 3 of my children were "seen" in less than 30 minutes. I was told that I still had to sign the bill for my insurance in order for any other services to be rendered. On top of that I had to sign a $400 dollar bill for my oldest because 7 sealants were needed. This is our first and LAST time at this establishment. Go anywhere else but here !"

"I usually don't leave reviews, but I have time today. After cancelling my appointment for 10/14/23 because their online system was not up to date and rescheduling me for 10/28/23, The young lady whose job is to verify insurance customer is terrible and extremely unprofessional. How do you call me right before you get off work to tell me you can't verify my daughter's insurance and you do not have time to do so because its a lot? After I spoke with you on Wednesday 10/25 and told you I will call my insurance provider and get the requested info because I do not have a wait time and you will not have to go through Blue Cross's portal. Instead you decide to call my kids mom, who is not on my insurance nor does she know my insurance info to receive a bogus insurance that I do not pay for. Fast forward I call my insurance provider and the Smiles Pediatric employee tells us it's a lot of information she needs to get and doesn't have time. Is this not your job? I'm confused. Don't come here. Piss poor customer service. Oh and let's not forget I told the young lady as she was so adamant on canceling my appointment that her office could simply bill me and I'll turn it over to my insurance, but she wasn't listening."

"I have one star because that’s the only way to make the review. The dentist My son had yesterday was rude and condescending, I walked out with my child because no one like that will ever be able to service my family. Then I received a text asking how my visit was. I called to question and make sure my insurance wasn’t charged and no one answered. Very rude, and unprofessional setting! I will be contacting my insurance first thing Monday morning. I’ve never had this kind of experience there with a dentist. So distasteful!"

"This has been my child’s dentist office for several years. The interaction with front desk staff is not the best. Unfortunately it’s the basic stereotypical scene monotone flat expression with families and patients but sheer excitement while talking to coworkers. There no continuity of care. Each visit We see a different dentist. And please don’t ask questions. Instant attitude and defensive. Today was the worst. I watch a dental hygienist who lacked skill dealing with anxious children and she berated an adult over poor dental hygiene in front of everyone. I’m assuming the patient was so embarrass she left.her behavior was my last straw."

"My kids have been going here for years, but after I transferred them to another dentist, It was clear this place over charged for services and billed my dental insurance for more than it is worth. Once I transferred my kids to another dental office, the cost was half of what Smiles Pediatric was charging. I will not be returning. I can say the staff is nice and friendly and the place is clean and they are kid friendly but I will not be returning. When it comes to billing, i just feel swindled."
