"Severed relationship with agency after 2nd policy cancelation came in as I was not invoiced timely. Called to leave message for agency. Over a week later received a call back stating that the agency had been "testing to reach me." Received no call back to my prior weeks' message and no emails (they had record of both forms of contact). Agency made excuses about reinstating with Nationwide and attempted to insure with Liberty Mutual. Asked for reinstatement to prior policy and was told Natiowide refused to reinstatement due to the failure for timely renewal. Agent was not a straight shooter. Was already pricing with a new agency that carries my auto insurance. Signed up the same day and receiving more coverage with a signficantly less monthly payment all which is ACH and won't default to renew. Thought the nightmare was over but just received a collection notice for a months premium that the agency is attempting to collect that I was never invoiced for. Rather than contact me via phone or mail after 20 years of business they sent me to collections for a little over 100 dollars. I abhor handling business in a public forum but this time it was necessary to let this agency know a). you need to respect and honor your customers b). I refused to remit on a debt I have not been invoiced for. c). Sour grapes gets you no where."
