"Olney is the worst office I’ve been to out of all pediatric associates. From the staff greeting us to the doctor and nurse. My daughter seemed to stop catching her breath and losing her color. I asked for help only to sit in that waiting room for 10 mins. I had to leave and take my doctor elsewhere to get checked cause I guess these people don’t care about their 2 week old patients. I will stick to Wheaton location but avoid dr starchman"
"Staff is overall friendly. Waiting rooms and exam rooms are very dated. It is a group of providers, so if you want to see the same Dr or PA, make sure you request that as you are booking. The practitioners seem to rotate offices, so not every physician is available at your location every day. That said, every person we've seen for the past 6 months has full access to my child's charts and have thoroughly reviewed it before meeting with us, asking very specific questions, which is great and makes me feel comfortable with the care we are receiving even if it isnt from the same person every time."
"Been with PA since my daughter was born in 06 and have seen nearly every doctor in their practice with both daughter and son. All are friendly, informative, patient and great with kids, nurses even more so! Great no-appointment hours early in the morning for those quick sick kid diagnoses. Also has a convenient portal to easily access medical info for camps and scouting forms so you don't have to make a trip to the office."
"I went to Pediatric Associates (PA) when I was a child. When I had my first, I knew I wanted our kids to be part of the PA family. The doctors are caring. The sick waiting rooms are great - especially when you're there with a little one for a check-up. It is nice to not be sitting next to a child with the flu. When our son had pink eye, he was in and out in about 15 minutes with the necessary drops. Sometimes you want them to take their time and answer questions - but other times you want them to be efficient so you can get your sick kid back home. They get it. They take their time at check ups and move you along when you're sick with standard kid illnesses. I highly recommend them!"
