"The waiting room had a bare minimum of chairs for patients waiting to be seen. The individual that did the CT scan didn’t appear to have an issue finding a vein however a horrible bruise (off to the side of where veins are usually used)."

"The receptionist were very professional. My appointment was scheduled for 4:30 and i arrived before or 4:15 thereof. The MRI tech was not very helpful. After changing clothes walked to MRI area waited for instructions while he's in his room. I help myself to the bed and trying to. Ake myself comfortable with the table. He was getting upset because i was moving around. He didn't even ask how i feel, am i comfortable etc...After the test i was struggling getting out of the bed and he just stood there looking at me instead of atleast assist the patient. I exits to the receptionist area heading out and the receptionist stop me nad ask if I have the cd copy of my MRI. I told her the tech didn't tell me. If it wasn't the receptionist I would have to make another unnecessary trip to pickup the cd. You havs lost a customer today."
