"This was my first time visiting Progressive Radiology and I would not hesitate to recommend this location to family and friends! I was extremely anxious to get an MRI for the first time but Cheryl and Dylan at the front desk were extremely warm and quick to get me checked in and seen. I was taken back to a room where I changed and waited for MRI tech, Robel to escort me to the room where the MRI would be done. He was so kind, reassuring, and knowledgeable which helped ease my mind before my scan. I don’t expect to need any more MRI’s any time soon, but I would look forward to being taken care of by this team again!"

"I'll start this off by saying: I know full well that metal is magnetic and cannot be worn in an MRI machine. That being said, the MRI tech I worked with today was completely unreasonable when it came to my MRI. I arrived for my 7:30am appointment early. I was not taken back until after 8am--first red flag. How can you not be prompt for the first appointment of the day? Next, the tech immediately began questioning about my piercings. My piercings could not be removed without great difficulty and some pain, but were titanium and therefore would not be affected by the MRI machine. I checked with my artist as well as multiple others to confirm these would not affect the MRI machine. I offered to sign a waiver accepting all liability. I offered to pry them out with pliers. I even let him run a magnet across my head to see if they pulled--and, shockingly enough, they didn't. Even the radiologist, who was so kind and clearly also frustrated, said it would be fine. The tech still refused to do it and suggested I go to a piercing place to get them removed...at 8:15am. He was condescending and unkind and would not listen to any reason. I left with no intention of rescheduling, but the woman at the front desk called several times to let me know I could come back in at 10am and get the MRI done with the piercings. I arrive at 10am. Not until 11:00am was I taken back for the MRI with the SAME TECH who then CONTINUED to harp on and on about my piercings. Luckily for him at this point I'd gone home and pried them out. And again, at no surprise to anyone, the one piercing I left in was in no way affected by the MRI. I know it was a matter of safety and for that I'm grateful, but the refusal to listen to reason was beyond frustrating especially when he suggested I just come back another day--as if taking off work is that easy? But, frustrations about the piercings aside, the woman at the front desk was unpersonable and the tech was condescending and NEITHER of my appointments were prompt--truly a waste of a day. The radiologist is the ONLY reason I gave two starts because he was truly amazing and, seemingly, the only redeeming part of this place. Will for sure avoid going here in the future."

"I've been to this location a couple times before with no issues, until today. My doctor's office had called the week prior to schedule the appointment for me. It was scheduled for 9:45am. The confirmation email I got actually said 9:40am. I checked in and filled out paperwork on a tablet. I confirmed that my MRI would only take 30 minutes as I had to be back to work by 11am. At 10:15am, I was still sitting and waiting. I told the receptionist I would need to reschedule as I didn't have time to wait any longer. She claimed that my appointment was actually at 10:15, with check-in at 10am. That's not what they said when making the appointment or confirming it through email. What a waste of my time!"

"Worst place ever. My son has needed 2 MRIs in the past 3 weeks. The first one they cancelled at the last minute with no explanation and we had to scramble to find a different place to go. Then tonight, we arrived for a 6:45 appointment. My son wasn't taken until 8:30 pm. No warning. No explanation. No apology. No call ahead of time letting us know we could come later. 2.5 hours sitting in a mask in the most uncomfortable chair ever with rude employees who care nothing about the patients. Aviod this completely unprofessional and uncaring practice."
