"Scam scam scam... Ok so i gave 1 Star simply because i had to give them something. On Sunday April 22nd i went to Elite to purchase my daughter name plate earrings 10k 4 letters priced at 240$. I was a promised completion by Wednesday April 25 i arrive 4 days later due to schedule conflict to only be told they would be done on the 30th (5 days later) at 6pm And that the manager would be there and compensate me for the inconvenience. On April 30th i went to Elite at 6:05 to be told they’ll take $30 off the balance but i had to come back at 7:45 because still they weren’t ready. Unacceptable then The manager laughed as well as his co worker while they was giving me what supposed to been an apology as if something was funny about me traveling back and forth. So at this point I’m dissatisfied with my service i began to google name plate earrings. Zales have 18k earrings 4-9 letters for $139 with 2-3 days shipping. So not are they just a inconvenience but they’re over priced. They’re a rip off and scam artist. I explained the day i went in the store i needed the earrings as soon as possible before i make a order and he guaranteed me a date just to get my money. Bad customer service and bad products. I was warned and i didn’t listen... their Jewelry is over priced so google what you want I’m sure you can get it cheaper somewhere else. my mistake is your gain. Don’t shop there. They’re getting rich of us locals. Pay attention to who’s giving good reviews below that’s all I’m saying."

"it was a great and nice time with elite gold and diamonds, they all are so helpful. i bought a diamond ring from them, price was not that high as other stores. they give me lifetime warranty including in the price of the ring. there quality of product is excellent. i do recommend everyone. best place to buy jewelry."

"I had the worst experience at this store with my husband. We were checking out the jewelry stores in this mall looking for a wedding ring to buy for me. We happened to stop in this store and we began talking to one of the sales associates, he was a little helpful but not very much. We then said we would be back because we were going to check out the jewelry store across from them to see which store had the better selection and carried the specific style of ring that we were looking for. As it began to get a tad bit later we came back to Elite Gold & Diamond, and there was a second guy who said that he was 'in charge', he was offering to knock off the price down significantly lower for us, but he was rushing us to hurry and buy this ring. What made it worse was that they offered no warranty, and no offer of any kind if anything happened to the ring, even if it happened to be a faulted ring, or had any issue by no reason of your own. That to me says that they are more interested in taking your money and running away with it, and leaving you high and dry if any problem arises by their own doing. I wil NEVER purchase from this store. The man 'in charge' had AWFUL customer service skills. When we decided not to buy the ring, he said loudly "you just wasted my time" and begin talking rudely to my husband. I will never return to this store again. I do not believe in terrible customer service and this store accepts that. I do not recommend anyone to shop here. Turn away from this store please!"
