Our trained foster parents, following the PRIDE model, offer stability, love, and educational/therapeutic support to children and adolescents between the ages of 12-20 who require out-of-home placement. At Foundations for Home & Community, we believe that children are not things to be molded but people to be unfolded. We take an innovative approach to working with youth and their families, applying Systems of Care principles to create public/private community partnerships. Rising Generations Early Learning Center is a preschool and childcare center located at 9700 Prince Place in Upper Marlboro, Maryland.
