"Not a fan. Their staff are under qualified and overworked and a lot of the kids and their friends have bad experiences. Also not very hygienic. Have seen a couple of bugs and dust on furniture. Better to save your money and go for a place that cares about kids more"

"I am a former worker at this establishment, I would not recommend you to put your children in these centers. MOST teachers acts as if they are ONLY there for the money. Management and administration are very rude. I was told my cousin was not able to talk and did not know anything from one of her teachers and the staff members. But after changing classrooms, the other teacher said the complete Opposite, she said she was very talkative and know just about everything at circle time. SOME teachers care but others are there for the money and it shows through the vibes! That’s why my little cousin would not talk to her teacher prior to the teacher she recently switched to.Most staff members and teachers did not take COVID-19 procedures seriously! She would allow students and staff to come in sick, causing rooms to be shut down constantly."

"If I could give zero stars I would! Currently have a complaint against this center with the Office of Child Care. If you are looking for a parent to teacher/staff partnership, when it comes to the overall development of your child I suggest you continue your search for another center. If you like for the teachers/staff who are "caring" for your child to hold critical concerns about your child for almost a year, then this is the center for you. The staff is unprofessional, not welcoming and unprepared to deal with different personality of kids, poor communication, etc. One thing for sure, they will definitely make sure they collect your MONEY. Thought I leave an honest review."

"my family‘s been using Rising Generations since 2016 with my first daughter and we started when she was two and she stayed until graduation and it was an amazing experience. So much so, that we enrolled our second daughter who will be graduating in a couple of years. What I can say is Rising has always been consistent they follow all the school district mandates, in the most impressive was how they handled COVID-19. I was an emergency staff member who needed to stay on site throughout the entire pandemic and Rising was able to accommodate my families schedule without any service interruption . The level of precaution that they took and now still take to ensure all the students health and safety is bar none. All the staff are super friendly and the owners are some of the nicest people ever. They’re willing to work with you and make special accommodations whenever they can and I will always recommend this location. Thanks so much for everything Rising!"

"My daughter has been attending Rising Generations for 2 years and my experience with the early learning center has been nothing short of amazing. Their teachers are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Their hours are flexible and they truly understand the lifestyle of working parents. Most importantly, their response to COVID-19 has been extraordinary. Not only did they find the capacity to remain open, but they also successfully implemented strategies and protocols to keep all staff and children safe. As a working healthcare professional, I value their dedication to keeping everyone safe while continuing to provide childcare services for essential workers. I highly recommend this early learning center and I am excited to register my newborn child this fall."
