"I had to replace a very old and leaking shower diverter. William Kersey from Michael & Son took care of everything quickly and efficiently. He was very professional and easy to work with and the finished job looks great."
"While the technician attempted to be cordial and helpful, there was a few things he did that didn’t seem right and I hadn’t seen previous technicians do for a standard maintenance such as poke several holes in my insulation to check the output temperature. In addition, he asked to be left alone in my home to conduct his work. It made me uncomfortable and gave me the feeling he was tampering with my system instead of maintenancing it. There is a faint exhaust smell coming from my system now when I run the heat. Will not return for additional services. Added a picture of where he left his thermometer in my system and the punctured holes."

"I would highly recommend Michael & Son for your home care needs. Their customer service is wonderful. The service manager stayed in contact with us throughout the scheduling process. The company sent an amazing service technician name Mohieddin, that came to start our heating job and was dedicated to coming back out until the job was completed. He was also able to recognize a new issue that had occurred and immediately recommended services. Prior to our last visit he educated us on some of the services and maintenance plans they provided, which helped us save hundreds. That's what I call excellent customer service."
"The service we received was incredible. Came home from vacation only to find our hot water heater broke. Ted provided excellent service in coming out, identifying the problem and getting us set up right away with Porfirio for the install on the same day. Porfirio was AMAZING! Five stars all around. He was a true professional, I work from home and barely new he was there. His attention to detail with respect to the install was greatly appreciated. Everything went smoothly and quickly."
