"I have read in other posts that managment is more then helpful, but once you move in, the attitudes change! Unfortunately I was a victim of this. Never talk down to a customer! Oh and it took over 4 hours for 2 maintenance people to fix all the broken things in my home! Did any property manager actually check the apartment before I moved in? Doors won't open and close correctly. Who certified this apartment?"

"The maintenance technician came to our apartment to repair the bathroom ceiling. There was one an area that had water damage and other issues. The technician did a great job of solving the issue. The bathroom looks a lot better. The technician did a wonderful job. Gave great customer service and was very professional! Thank you Willow Lake."

"It was a very pleasant experience visiting willow lake. My time there felt short, but enjoyable. I met up with Alejandro, who took his time to explain everything to me in a very professional manner. He took his time with everything he had to explain to me, and had plenty of patience for when I asked a question i had asked earlier for clarification.Judith Prince was also very helpful in assisting me whenever Alejandro was busy and had this positive energy to her that made me feel like I was in safe hands, regardless of who helped me. Demesha Dyer came in plenty of times to reassure me of information, correct me if i make a mistake in a nice and meaningful way. She also reminded me multiple times that she had time to listen to me when i had questions, even if she was busy. And finally, Shawntay, the property manager, welcomed me in with open arms to the building. She was constantly busy with work as well throughout the day, but gave me more than enough time in the world if i needed to clarrify something, or if a bew request was given to me that i had to pass onto Shawntay. Overall the place is nice and clean, the people were super friendly and the community was nice and quiet."

"My experience at Willow Lake has been a great one. The assistant property Manager has been nothing but professional, very understanding of personal situations and each individual, so helpful and very patient through a trying time i had while residing there, we have always maintained a great relationship. Her and the property manager are two awesome people. Every apartment complex should have a property manager and assistant property manager like them because life happens and we need people who genuinely understands, cares and wants to help you in any way that they can even if it’s not much a little goes along way and it makes the stay more easier and comfortable. Although I have moved out I enjoyed my time residing there."

"This apartment complex is very spacious and has great amenities. I love the park and beautiful lake view, above all the experience with the property manager has been amazing! We aren’t the easiest to get along with at times lol but she is always very professional true to her word and kind which truly amazes me to this day. I can honestly say she has made this experience at willow lake apartments great. Whoever hired her knew what they were doing."
